Nothing was too much trouble. The BLH design team was fabulous at helping make our custom plan come to life. The girls are professional and really know their stuff, making the selection process streamlined and simple. Building in front of our old residence, the tradies were respectful of our privacy, at the same time, happy to keep us up to date with their daily progress.

Elliot’s team at BLH, from walking in their front door, right through to the final lick of paint on ours, were all friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Right from the minute we walked through the doors of Blue Lake Homes for the very first time we were made to feel welcome, comfortable and that there was a genuine interest in building our home for us.  Bronwyn listened to everything we were after in our home and we decided that day that they were the builders whom we wanted to build our forever home at the beach, and especially after having  experienced disinterest from several other builders.

Throughout every process we felt well supported and Bronwyn, Mel and Hannah were always only a phone call or email away, sharing their expertise and ideas, especially when we were unsure of anything.   Nothing, no matter how big or small, was too much trouble. We loved the Platinum range of homes, we were able to find a design that was what exactly what we wanted.  We changed a few things around and the team made it really easy to do.
